I purchased this shoe polisher for my son who lives in a small apartment. He wanted an electric shoe polisher for his leather work shoes. While he originally wanted one of those larger electric polishers that sit on the floor, it would have taken up too much space.
This polisher is nice and compact and makes a nice gift for someone starting out in the workforce. You can keep the whole unit along with some polish, rags, and brushes in a plastic storage container not much bigger than a shoebox.

This is a good, simple piece of hardware. The price is fair, and the storage tray is handy.
I like it, and think it’s the best option- but have two minor criticisms:
-It would be nice if there was a folding case for this polisher – You can’t really stack this on a stock shoe shine kit with slanted foot rest(for which my other tools and polishes are contained), nor vice versa
-The brush bristles don’t stick out as far as the plastic head, which can scratch your shoes while spinning if you aren’t careful(you can of course buff that back out, but wastes time). A small soft cap would be handy to avoid that(you can’t have the polisher on when brushing as that wheel is large).

The Presto Electric Shoe polisher works as describe. The machine is reliable, good build quality and provide a nice professional shine. The foam applicator used to place the polish on the shoe is cheap. That why a gave it four stars. The foam came off after a 5 usage. Luckily, I had purshase some extra. However, the quality and value for this product is above average.

I have wanted a product like this for a while. I have used it three times since receiving it recently and have found it to live up to expectations. The only suggestion I would make is to have a kit available that would more readily lend itself to storing the unit with the supplies you would normally use with it ie polish, etc.

Excellent product, easy to use. I get a very nice polish in a fraction of the time it took be before by doing it by hand.
